Applicants must be living in the state of MA or within commutable distance to our Cambridge, MA office. Enjoy the flexibility of working from home on Fridays, while collaborating in the office from Monday through Thursday.

The Role In this role, you will own and grow a book of business made up of Group Coordinators. You will qualify, follow up with, and convert sales leads via outbound phone sales, driving sustainable and scalable growth. Your goal is to develop a loyal customer base that will choose to travel with us year after year. Internally, we aim to build a world‑class sales team motivated by learning, professional growth, and consistently hitting key sales metrics.

You will be part of our Sales Development Program, receiving one‑on‑one personal attention designed to promote professional growth and understanding of the business. Your responsibilities include developing your own book of business, following up on warm leads, and maintaining a healthy pipeline.

A Successful Tour Consultant Will Be:

Fluent in both written and spoken Spanish and English. The majority of this role will be performed in English, but Spanish will be called upon from time to time to accommodate our Spanish‑speaking travelers.

Compensation First‑year Tour Consultants have an on‑target earning potential of $65,000: base salary starting at $50,000 plus $15,000 bonus potential, with uncapped bonus for exceeding sales goals. Promotion to Senior Tour Consultant after two years of success increases OTE to $95,000 ($65,000 base and $30,000 bonus potential). Full compensation details will be reviewed during the interview process.
