Hit territory sales & growth goals through new business + account retention Identify market trends, competition, and opportunities Maintain clear communication with Sales Management on accounts, programs, and challenges Generate leads, share market insights, and represent the company at trade shows Build strong relationships with users & distributors to preserve and expand business Support fellow Outside Sales team members as needed What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred) OR equivalent experience 3–5 years of technical sales experience (OEM sales a plus) Strong communication & relationship-building skills Valid driver’s license Willingness to travel ~40-60% weekly Seniority level
