Role Description This is a full‑time remote Calibration and Repair Services Account Manager, based in North Carolina area. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing customer relationships, managing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing service delivery. Day‑to‑day tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying client needs, addressing customer inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure high‑quality service.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Account Management and Customer Satisfaction, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Experience in Customer Service and effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to address customer needs and inquiries professionally.
Strong background in Sales, including identifying opportunities and implementing strategic marketing and sales initiatives.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Organizational skills and a results‑driven mindset to achieve performance targets and contribute to business growth.
Experience in technical or calibration services is a plus but not required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
