Regional Sales Director – Medical Equipment (Respiratory Focus)

Texas or Arizona (Territory-Based Role)
Compensation:
Base $90,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE ~$200K)
About The Opportunity We are partnering with a growing healthcare organization seeking a Regional Sales Director to drive sales across a multi-state territory. This role focuses on durable medical equipment (DME), with a strong emphasis on respiratory-related products and solutions. This is a high-impact, territory-driven position responsible for developing new business, expanding existing accounts, and building long-term relationships within clinical and procurement environments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a multi-state sales territory (AZ, TX, NV, OK)
Develop relationships with clinical, administrative, and procurement stakeholders
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
Conduct product demonstrations, in-services, and educational sessions
Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and solutions to customers
Maintain accurate pipeline activity and customer data within CRM systems
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver solutions
Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations and standards
Attend industry events, conferences, and customer meetings as needed
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in medical or healthcare-related sales
Experience selling durable medical equipment (DME) strongly preferred
Respiratory product experience (oxygen, CPAP, ventilators, etc.) highly preferred
Experience selling into federal or government healthcare systems (VA, etc.) is a strong plus
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a territory-based role
