Role Description We are looking for an experienced, motivated professional to manage our King County real estate branches. You must have a Managing Broker’s License or the ability to obtain. The focus will be to grow your office and recruit local real estate professionals. As a Branch Leader, you will assist your brokers daily to solve problems that arise during real estate transactions. Additionally, the Branch Leader will be responsible for training brokers in basic and advanced sales techniques. We are seeking someone with a minimum of 3 years active Managing Broker experience. The candidate should be ready and willing to manage & grow a well-established real estate office. Salary (DOE), bonuses, medical benefits, and vacation are part of the compensation package.
