Role Description We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Multi-Family Sales & Account Estimator to manage client relationships, generate new business, and accurately estimate flooring projects. This role blends sales, project scoping, and estimating, making it ideal for someone who understands both the flooring industry & the GC world.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with multi-family developers, general contractors, and property managers

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the multi-family sector

Review plans, specs, and bid documents to prepare accurate flooring estimates

Perform takeoffs and pricing for materials and labor (carpet, LVT, tile, etc.)

Manage bids from initial contact through contract award

Coordinate with installation managers and project coordinators to ensure smooth project execution

Track pipeline, bids, and sales activity
