We're growing 3x YoY, profitable, based in San Francisco, and rated a top 10 sales org in SF by RepVue. 300+ customers, thousands of reps on the platform, and a product that wins on merit against every VC-funded competitor in the category.
We're looking for a closer who can run a full cycle, hold their own on a demo, and build pipeline when the inbound dries up.
Some of our customers: ZipHQ, ActiveCampaign, Novisto, Omni Analytics, CodeRabbit, Qodo AI, RazorPay and more.
What you’ll do
Own full‑cycle sales: discovery → demo → proposal → close
Sell into VPs of Sales, Heads of SDR, and RevOps leaders at B2B software companies
Run sharp, consultative demos of the Salesfinity platform (dialer, AI coaching, Mission, Command)
Partner with SDRs on pipeline, but also self‑source — top AEs here build their own book
Manage deals in HubSpot with discipline: clean stages, accurate forecasts, no surprises
Work directly with the founder on pricing, positioning, and deal strategy
Hit and beat quota
What we’re looking for
2+ years of closing experience
in B2B SaaS, ideally selling into sales orgs
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quota (bring the receipts)
Elite cold calling and discovery skills — you can run a deal from a cold dial to a signed contract
Experience with mid‑market deal cycles ($20K+ ACV) and multi‑stakeholder buying
Comfortable in a fast‑moving, founder‑led environment — no hand‑holding, no bloated playbooks
Competitive, coachable, and hungry to build something
Bonus: you’ve sold sales tech before (dialers, sequencers, conversation intelligence, CRMs)
