Job Responsibilities
Use design processes (e.g., wireframes, prototypes, personas, user research, journey maps, skills etc.) and tools, along with design presentation skills, to take digital solutions from concept to market in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for user needs, while considering business goals and technical constraints.
Contribute to the design and definition of features, along with user research needs, to enable project or product delivery to drive outcomes and ensure high quality of design deliverables that adhere to our standards.
Education & Experience Required
Degree with 8+ years of UX experience
No degree, needs to have 12+ years of UX experience
No degree but has UX certification and 8+ years of UX experience
Required Skills
Expert Figma skills – including Make
Up-to-date with the latest features in Figma and knows how and when to apply them
Low/mid and high-fidelity visuals
Prototyping
IA flows and other experience flow diagrams
Desired Skills
Knowledge and/or experience in enterprise native mobile applications
Knowledge of on-highway and fleet logistics.
Soft Skills Required
Knowledge and/or experience in equipment mgmt. or adjacent industry such as airlines, mapping apps, Oil & Gas, Fintech or etc.
