Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Performance Marketing & Activation, our ideal candidate has experience across paid social and influencer marketing, either at an agency or on the brand side.

You will make a significant impact on our DTC growth by leading strategy and execution across both channels, driving creative excellence, and building a rigorous test‑and‑learn culture rooted in incrementality. This person will be a vital all‑around contributor to the continued success of the Headspace marketing team.

What you will do Paid Social

Manage all aspects of paid social campaigns across web and app including ideation, setup, execution, reporting, and optimization across Meta and TikTok with the support of the Paid Social Associate.

Proactively implement a rigorous test‑and‑learn strategy—including incrementality testing (e.g., geo holdouts, conversion lift studies, and platform‑native experiments)—to validate channel impact, fuel learnings, and iterate accordingly.

Lead creative strategy and development for paid social, partnering closely with Creative, Brand, and external partners to brief, build, review, and iterate on paid assets. Translate performance data into a clear creative direction that improves CAC, CVR, & CTR.

Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative creative tools, AI‑powered audience insights, automated optimization platforms) to scale creative testing, improve efficiency, and surface actionable insights faster.

Own building and evolving channel best practices for paid social with the guidance of the Sr. Manager, Performance Marketing.

Lead analytics and performance reporting for paid social, translating insights into clear recommendations for channel optimization and team learning.

Own the relationship with platform partners to seek out new testing and optimization opportunities.

Influencer Marketing

Build, scale, and strategically own a high‑impact influencer ecosystem across creators, designed to drive incremental revenue, net‑new customer acquisition, and long‑term channel growth.

Own end‑to‑end influencer execution and strategic oversight, including agency management and leadership, ensuring operational excellence, clean tracking, and accurate attribution.

Manage influencer budgets, ensuring efficient spend allocation and optimizing strategy based on conversion performance data.

Lead creative briefing and content review for influencer campaigns, providing clear, actionable feedback to ensure brand alignment and performance‑driven storytelling.

Design and execute influencer testing frameworks across landing pages, offers, story arcs, audience niches, etc.

Leverage AI‑powered tools for creator discovery, content performance prediction, and data synthesis.

Track, analyze, and report on influencer performance weekly to leadership and cross‑functional partners, iterating strategy based on results.

What you will bring Required Skills

7+ years of hands‑on experience across paid social (Meta, TikTok, Snap) and influencer marketing (including YouTube integrations), either at an agency or in‑house, ideally in a DTC environment.

Proven track record of managing paid social and influencer programs with significant budgets with a focus on conversion efficiency and scale.

Expertise leading creative strategy—brief creative teams, review assets critically, and connect creative performance to business outcomes.

Experience designing and interpreting incrementality tests (geo holdouts, lift studies, matched market tests) and translating findings into channel strategy.

Hands‑on experience with AI tools applied to marketing workflows, whether for creative production, audience analysis, reporting automation, or campaign optimization.

Data‑driven, analytical mindset with comfort working in Tableau, Amplitude, Excel, and/or other reporting and attribution platforms.

Strong understanding of how paid social and influencer fit within the broader performance marketing ecosystem.

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, including the ability to create strong internal cross‑functional synergies and work effectively with external agencies.

Detail‑oriented, proactive self‑starter who can go into the weeds and drive big‑picture strategy.

Preferred Skills

Mobile app and/or subscription‑based product experience is strongly preferred.

Passion for the mental health and mindfulness space.

Location We are currently hiring this role remotely in the US and Hybrid for San Francisco (SF). Candidates must permanently reside in the US full‑time. For candidates with a primary residence in the greater SF area, this role will follow our hybrid model. You’ll work 3 days per week from our office, allowing for impactful in‑office collaboration and connection, while enjoying the flexibility of remote work for the rest of the week. Your recruiter will share more details about our hybrid model.

The anticipated new hire base salary range for this full‑time position is $99,000-$137,763+ equity + benefits.
