Join Our Team as a Product Specialist at Epiroc.
In this role you will support continuous product portfolio development on Rotary, DTH, and Raisebore products, provide technical product support in the field, and maintain a product performance database.
Location Anywhere in the USA or Anywhere in Canada; Work type: Hybrid or Remote.
Responsibilities
Support continuous product portfolio development on Rotary, DTH, and Raisebore products by providing technical product support in the field towards R&D projects testing new and improved products, ensuring a product performance database is kept and maintained.
Support the product management team with product knowledge, provide field support for proof of concept activities, and provide feedback on market trends and competitor product development.
Support the technical competence development within Customer Centers and Divisional Teams.
Provide and support technical training material and conduct trainings on mine sites towards end users, Customer Centers and other sales channels, and towards Divisional Teams throughout Epiroc.
Qualifications
Technical/marketing/business education, skills related to mining/drilling/construction equipment.
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support or application support in drilling, mining, or construction.
Computer skills in compiling and analyzing sales and product data.
Good social communication skills.
Fluent language skills in English, in writing and spoken.
Pro‑active attitude, self‑driven person.
Customer focus mindset.
High level of sense of urgency.
High willingness to travel.
Knowledge of Epiroc drilling equipment, ability to operate drill rigs in a production environment.
Team player mindset, willing to cross‑collaborate between different teams, organizations and divisions.

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $98,243.00 and $127,316.00 USD annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This role will also be eligible for 10% variable compensation.
