Responsibilities
Support continuous product portfolio development on Rotary, DTH, and Raisebore products, by providing technical product support in the field towards R&D projects testing new and improved products, ensuring a product performance database is kept and maintained.
Support product management team with product knowledge, provide field support for proof of concept activities, provide feedback on market trends and competitor product development.
Support the technical competence development within Customer Centers and Divisional Teams.
Provide and support technical training material and conduct trainings on mine sites towards end users, Customer Centers and other sales channels and towards Divisional Teams throughout Epiroc.
Competencies, Skills and Experience
Technical / marketing / business education, skills related to mining / drilling / construction equipment.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical support or application support in drilling, mining or construction.
Computer skills in compiling and analyzing sales and product data.
Fluent language skills in English, in writing and spoken.
High level of sense of urgency.
High willingness to travel.
Knowledge of Epiroc drilling equipment, ability to know how to operate drill rigs in a production environment.
Team player mindset, willing to cross collaborate between different teams, organizations and divisions.
Salary Range The salary for this position is between $98,243.00 and $127,316.00 USD annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This range reflects our commitment to fair pay based on skills, experience, and market standards. This role will also be eligible for 10% variable compensation.
