Our client is seeking a data‑driven
Paid Social Specialist (Associate)
to support the execution, optimization, and performance management of paid social campaigns. This role focuses on LinkedIn and Facebook advertising for lead generation and pipeline growth within a SaaS environment. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns and budgets across paid social channels.

Hybrid | Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (onsite)
Locations:
San Jose, CA or Draper, UT (Local candidates within a reasonable commuting distance only)
Requirements
Oversee budgets, pacing, and spend allocation across channels.
Stay current on platform updates, betas, and paid social best practices.
Build and optimize campaigns, audiences, ad sets, bids, exclusions, and A/B tests.
Manage day‑to‑day execution of paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging channels.
Monitor performance and identify trends using platform data, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
Support paid media managers with campaign setup, maintenance, reporting, and performance enhancements.
Analyze campaign data and recommend optimizations to improve CPL, CPA, and pipeline contribution.
Qualifications (Must-Haves)
Strong B2B marketing experience; SaaS preferred.
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data.
Experience with Google Analytics and Excel/Google Sheets.
Experience with landing page optimization and A/B testing.Ability to multitask and operate in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience driving lead generation and pipeline outcomes.
Proficiency with campaign setup, audience building, and optimization.
Ability to work onsite 3 days per week in San Jose, CA or Draper, UT.
3–5+ years of hands‑on experience managing paid social campaigns (LinkedIn + Facebook required)
All education levels considered or equivalent hands‑on experience is fully acceptable.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Reddit or Twitter/X advertising.
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
Experience with Tableau or other BI/reporting tools.
Platform certifications (Meta Blueprint, LinkedIn Marketing Labs, GA4)
Experience in FinTech, financial services, or accounting‑related industries.
