Paid Social Associate & Google Ads Associate (Hybrid – San Jose, CA or Draper, UT) We’re excited to announce two high-impact opportunities for results-driven paid media professionals! If you’re passionate about B2B marketing, managing sizeable budgets, and launching innovative campaigns, we’d love to connect. About the Roles We’re hiring for two contract positions (6 months with potential to extend), both hybrid (onsite in San Jose, CA or Draper, UT—Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays required): 1. Paid Social Associate Manage and optimize paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms Lead large-scale, multi-product B2B campaigns Launch net new initiatives, test new products or betas, and drive pipeline/lead generation Collaborate with an established paid social team and present campaign initiatives to executives Analyze and report campaign performance, leveraging tools such as Salesforce and Tableau 2. Google Ads Associate Manage and optimize Google Ads accounts (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) Oversee and expand all aspects of paid search for a complex, multi-product B2B portfolio Identify trends, set up and optimize campaigns and ad groups, test experimental strategies Leverage analytics to drive continuous improvement across all search and video campaigns Support innovation by piloting new Google products, tracking results, and reporting findings What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of hands‑on experience managing paid social (LinkedIn/Facebook) or Google Ads for an enterprise or large‑scale environment Expertise in campaign setup, optimization, A/B testing, and audience targeting Strong analytical skills; experience with tools like Salesforce, Tableau, and Google Analytics B2B marketing background (SaaS, FinTech, or related industries preferred) Comfortable managing significant budgets and large multi-product portfolios Ability to present findings and strategic recommendations to leadership Excitement around testing, experimentation, and new platform features Nice to Have Experience in the financial, SaaS, or accounting fields Familiarity with CRM and BI tools Creative and collaborative mindset Interested in one or both roles?
