Base pay range $42.00/hr - $52.00/hr Job Posting: Marketing Campaign Manager – Fintech Location: San Jose CA Hybrid, 3 days onsite W2 Contract, 40hrs/week We are seeking an experienced marketing professional who thrives in a fast paced fintech environment and enjoys taking full ownership of integrated campaigns that drive customer growth. This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity with a data driven mindset and wants to lead campaigns that strengthen product adoption, expand user engagement and support retention across an active customer base. What You Will Do Lead the planning execution and optimization of multi channel customer campaigns with a strong emphasis on email marketing and lifecycle communication Partner closely with sales creative product and analytics teams to coordinate campaign assets, copy development, landing pages, lead flows and routing Oversee campaign operations including list management targeting quality checks and reporting Evaluate campaign results and provide insights on performance recommending changes to improve conversion, lead quality and ROI Support field and customer facing marketing activities including coordinating logistics, stakeholder alignment and post event follow up Manage lead management processes ensuring accurate attribution tracking and measurement Contribute to annual and quarterly planning including goals, budgeting, forecasting and experimentation What You Bring Five to seven years of experience in campaign marketing, growth marketing, lifecycle marketing or similar roles Hands on experience running email driven campaigns, promotions and customer communication programs Strong analytical capabilities and comfort working with data to uncover opportunities and measure performance Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives Experience working cross functionally with sales, design, product and leadership stakeholders Detail oriented, proactive and comfortable operating with autonomy Ability to commute to our San Jose CA office as needed Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing or related fields If you enjoy building campaigns end to end and want to help shape growth in a high performing fintech organization we would love to hear from you.
