Exciting opportunity for a
Manager, Business Proposals
supporting high-level litigation practices at a leading global law firm.
This is a highly visible role working closely with partners and senior leadership to develop compelling, strategic pitches, proposals, and presentations for both existing and prospective clients.
What you’ll be doing:
Leading the creation of tailored RFP responses, pitchbooks, and client presentations
Partnering directly with attorneys and business development teams
Managing multiple high-priority litigation pitches in a fast-paced environment
Driving strategy, messaging, and positioning to win new business
Bringing a strong understanding of litigation trends, client needs, and competitive positioning
What we’re looking for:
5+ years of experience in a large law firm developing strategic pitches, proposals, and presentations for both existing and prospective clients.
Strong background supporting litigation practices
Expertise in proposal writing, RFPs, and pitch strategy
Highly detail-oriented with exceptional communication and project management skills
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment
