Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the frontline voice for buyers and sellers interested in real estate investment services.

Handle high-volume inbound and outbound sales calls with professionalism, persuasion, and a focus on results.

Leverage provided scripts, CRM tools, and compliance frameworks to drive customer conversions.

Close deals by qualifying leads, identifying value-add solutions, and guiding prospects through the sales process.

Collaborate closely with licensing and compliance teams to ensure proper credentials are obtained and maintained.

Skills and Experience:

Proven track record in high-volume inside sales roles such as mortgage, insurance, or real estate.

Adept at handling objections, managing sales conversations, and building rapport over the phone.

Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment where compensation is directly tied to output.

Strong sense of urgency, professional integrity, and desire to exceed monthly targets.

Real estate license preferred, but not required at time of hire – must be willing to obtain during ramp-up period (paid by company).
