Join the TTEC remote CX team as a Healthcare Customer Service Representative (remote).

Responsibilities

Bring passion and strong product and brand knowledge to recommend upgrades to health plans.

Conduct research and perform outbound calls to provide answers regarding general healthcare benefit and eligibility questions, enrollment status requests for new and existing members.

Assist members with logging into and understanding functionality of their online health account, locating doctor and facility information.

Qualifications

6 months or more of customer service experience.

Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Computer experience.

High speed internet (>15 mbps).

USB wired headset preferred; other headsets acceptable except Bluetooth.
