Our Summer Internship Program is designed for students who want real experience, real ownership, and real impact. From day one, interns work on meaningful business projects that support teams across our Support Centers in New York City and Atlanta.

Program Details

Program Dates: June 9 – August 4 (8 weeks, 32 hours per week)

Pay: $25.92 - $31.97 per hour

Work Model: Hybrid (Monday remote, Tuesday–Thursday in person)

Eligibility: Rising college juniors and seniors

Location: New York City Support Center

Project Title: Community and Culture Analysis

Responsibilities

Monitor social conversations and competitor engagement across channels

Test engagement strategies on select channels

Provide recommendations on communities and topics for Shake Shack to engage with

Program Experience

Intern Orientation & Cohort Kickoff

Intern Mixers and networking events

Shack visit & operational shadowing experience

Leadership conversations with senior leaders

Development workshops focused on leadership and communication skills

Cross-functional cohort programming and collaboration

Final project presentation & graduation event
