Occupational Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Identify and prospect local employers, municipalities, and brokers to promote our Occupational Medicine services (Work Comp, DOT physicals, drug screening).

Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring seamless communication between the company's HR department and our clinical staff.

Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Represent the clinic at chamber of commerce events, safety health fairs, and industry trade shows.

Work with the operations team to ensure new corporate accounts are set up correctly in the EMR system with specific billing and protocol instructions.

Core Services

Workers' Comp Injury Care: Getting employees back to work safely and quickly.

Physical Exams: Pre-employment, DOT, and Fit-for-Duty.

Drug & Alcohol Testing: DOT and non-DOT collections.

Vaccinations & Screenings: Flu shots, PPD (TB) testing, and Titers.

Qualifications

Must be eligible to work in US (No visa sponsorship available)

Experience in healthcare, insurance, or workers' compensation is a major plus

Must possess excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills

Appointment setting (cold calling & walking into a business) and closing skills are necessary

Must be personable and professional

Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office programs

Must hold a valid U.S. Driver’s license and comply with all motor vehicle laws and regulations for the state of employment

Dependable vehicle required for extensive driving

Bachelor’s degree required

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $22 - $30 per hour (Commensurate with experience).

Uncapped Commission: Competitive bonus structure based on new account acquisition and volume.
