Experience in healthcare, insurance, or workers' compensation is a major plus
Must possess excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
Appointment setting (cold calling & walking into a business) and closing skills are necessary
Must be personable and professional
Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office programs
Must hold a valid U.S. Driver’s license and comply with all motor vehicle laws and regulations for the state of employment
Dependable vehicle required for extensive driving
Key Responsibilities
B2B Business Development:
Identify and prospect local employers, municipalities, and brokers to promote our Occupational Medicine services (Work Comp, DOT physicals, drug screening).
Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring seamless communication between the company's HR department and our clinical staff.
Strategic Growth:
Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Community Engagement:
Represent the clinic at chamber of commerce events, safety health fairs, and industry trade shows.
Client Onboarding:
Work with the operations team to ensure new corporate accounts are set up correctly in the EMR system with specific billing and protocol instructions.
Core Services
Workers' Comp Injury Care:
Getting employees back to work safely and quickly.
Physical Exams:
Pre-employment, DOT, and Fit-for-Duty.
Drug & Alcohol Testing:
DOT and non-DOT collections.
Vaccinations & Screenings:
Flu shots, PPD (TB) testing, and Titers.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary:
$22 - $30 per hour (Commensurate with experience).
Uncapped Commission:
Competitive bonus structure based on new account acquisition and volume.
Flexible work from home options available.
