Senior Marketing Manager

Let’s chat. We’re hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to work directly with agency leadership on strategic communications and branding. In this role, you’ll develop omnichannel marketing strategies for Manifest as a brand, collaborating with our new business and performance marketing teams for national engagement with prospective clients. The ideal candidate is a strategic thought leader and creative storyteller, with 7+ years of experience in marketing communications and brand positioning. Responsibilities Create and implement a holistic marketing and communications plan for the agency to strategically engage national clients. Generate and execute promotions, media relations, web efforts, social media outreach and conference/event opportunities for the agency. Oversee creation of marketing collateral for Business Development. Ensure consistent and effective branding and communications. Write strategic marketing communications, including RFPs. Work closely with the Chief Growth Officer on new business pitches, including following up on warm leads and developing case studies. Manage RFP timelines and submissions through to completion. Identify opportunities and build strategic marketing plans for raising the profile of the agency. Develop annual budget, manage contracts and track expenses for all marketing initiatives. Requirements 7+ years of experience in marketing communications and brand positioning. Proven track record of successful new business pitches. Excellent organizational skills; Very hands-on and detail oriented. Superior communication skills – written, verbal, in person, on video. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, etc.), with experience building decks and presentations. May travel up to 10%. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required. This role is hybrid to our PHX office; 3x week onsite.
