Digital Marketing Manager - Hybrid

Job Description Position: Digital Marketing Manager - Hybrid Location: Culver City, CA (WFH Monday & Friday, In Office Tuesday-Thursday) Primary Duties & Responsibilities Oversee management of digital marketing campaigns. Identify and scale new advertising partners and opportunities. Manage end-to-end digital marketing projects. Plan and execute new campaigns under management guidance. Facilitate A/B testing across digital channels and websites. Report on campaign performance and provide executive summaries. Allocate responsibilities and lead junior marketing team members. Analyze KPIs and recommend improvements. Monitor brand and conduct competitive intelligence. Manage media relationships and test new media types. Research and become an authority on new digital advertising platforms. Mentor and educate team members. Maintain and develop internal processes for digital asset management and compliance, including Cloudinary. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred. 8+ years digital advertising experience. 2-3 years in a managerial or senior digital marketing role. Deep understanding of Google & Bing Paid Search strategies. Experience managing large advertising budgets for direct response campaigns. Proficient in campaign creation and reporting on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc. Strong grasp of digital performance metrics and KPIs. Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools. Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills. Ability to prioritize and handle pressure.
