Sr. Account Manager - Healthcare IT Staffing
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Local residents or those with immediate relocation plans only)
The Role
HealthTECH Resources has been a fixture in the US Healthcare IT niche for over 25 years. We focus on high-quality technical placements in the EHR (Epic, NextGen, MEDITECH, etc.) and Payer/Provider (TriZetto Facets/QNXT, HealthEdge etc.) space.
We are looking for a seasoned, high-performance Sr. Account Manager to join our Phoenix-based team. This is not a junior-level position; we are seeking a professional who has a proven track record of exceeding benchmarks and is looking for a long-term home.
Schedule & Commute
In-Office Focus : This is a hybrid role based out of our Phoenix office. To ensure long-term success and team integration, a maximum 30-minute commute to our office is highly preferred.
Hybrid Flexibility : A one-day-per-week remote option is available after the initial 90-day onboarding period.

What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in agency staffing (Account Management).
Industry Knowledge : Deep experience in either Non-Clinical Healthcare or the IT staffing sector (ideally both).
Proven Track Record : We are looking for individuals who have already achieved six-figure earnings in previous roles and understand the work ethic and strategy required to exceed that benchmark.
Tenacity : A self-directed work ethic with high attention to detail. You don’t need to be micromanaged; you know how to prospect and manage a territory effectively.
