Role Summary: We are seeking a high-energy, "Sales Hunter" 、 "Strategic Relationship Manager" and “Cross-functional coordination and communication” and “Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently” to lead our expansion in the North American market. This role is critical for bridging our mature overseas manufacturing capabilities with the local needs of Tier-1 clients like Tesla, premium outdoor brands (REI, Stanley), and major big-box retailers (Costco、Target, Bass Pro Shops、Walmart etc). The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in outdoor products and a proven track record of managing high-stakes corporate accounts. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Account Management (Tesla): Serve as the primary local point of contact for our long-term partnership with Tesla. With China Team to Manage 20+ active projects (mattresses, awnings, chairs, etc.), ensure rapid response times, and conduct high-frequency on-site visits to maintain "client intimacy" and project execution. - Market Expansion & Hunter Sales: Leverage existing Vendor IDs to build key and wide relationship and develop project with major retailers such as Costco、Target, Bass Pro Shops、Walmart etc. Identify and penetrate new high-potential accounts like The North Face, Columbia, and NIKE. - Relationship & Public Relations: Navigate complex corporate hierarchies to build relationships with high-level decision-makers. Execute "Guanxi" (relationship-building) strategies to increase market share and client stickiness. - Product Strategy & Promotion: Present new product solutions and R&D capabilities to clients. Translate client feedback into actionable insights for our global R&D teams and to ensure product-market fit. - Project Implementation: Lead th e end-to-end sales process from initial pitch and t echnical requirement gathering to contract signing and post-launch support. - Team Collaboration: Maintain close daily interaction with the team, promptly share customer needs and market information, jointly discuss solutions, and follow up on implementation. Requirements: - 8-10+ years of Business Development or Key Account Management experience within the outdoor, sporting goods, or consumer durables industry. - Proven experience managing large-scale corporate accounts (experience with automotive OEMs or major US retailers is a significant plus). - Deep Technical Knowledge: A passion for and professional understanding of outdoor gear (materials, manufacturing processes, and ergonomics). - "Growth Mindset": Highly self-motivated, proactive thinker, and capable of working independently under pressure in a cross-border team environment. - Communication Excellence: Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across different time zones (US and SE Asia/China). - Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to identify bottlenecks in project lifecycles and implement creative solutions.
