We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Account Manager to lead and grow our channel partner network across designated territories. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with AV resellers, distributors, and integrators to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and promote our cutting-edge audio-visual solutions.

Reports to: Vice President of Sales
Base Salary Range: $75k - $150k/OTE
Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners including AV dealers, resellers, distributors, and system integrators.
Identify and onboard new partners to expand market coverage.
Develop joint business plans with partners to achieve sales targets.
Passionate brand ambassador, thoroughly knowledgeable about our product line.
Provide training, tools, and support to partners to ensure product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
Collaborate with marketing to develop co-branded campaigns and promotional activities.
Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to showcase products or services. Tailor presentations to address the specific needs of individual clients. Handle objections and concerns raised by clients during the sales process.
Performance Monitoring Track partner performance against KPIs and sales targets.
Conduct regular business reviews and provide strategic guidance to improve results.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to refine offerings and messaging.
Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with internal teams including sales, marketing, product management, and customer support to ensure partner success.

Education: Bachelor’s degree; Business Administration, Education, or a related field preferred.
3+ years of experience in B2B Sales required with direct responsibility for over $1M in sales volume, and/or combination of proven skills, work experience, and education.
Proven track record of significant sales growth.
Strong understanding of Audio and related wireless technology preferred.
Experience in selling and/or developing and implementing B2C/B2B sales pipelines.
Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Contract negotiation experience, including presentation skills and persuasive communication style (online and in-person). Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a keen eye for identifying business opportunities.
Computer skills in MS Office, with strong Excel experience preferred. Understanding of ERP systems such as Sage, for accounting and invoicing as well as strong experience in CRM software such as HubSpot preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Ability to travel for customer demos, onsite meetings, and tradeshows preferred.
Occasional evenings and weekends may be required.
Frequent travel, at minimum 50% of working time away from the employer’s place of business.
Ability to sit, stand, bend, move freely from one location to another while using hands, arms, and legs to carry, assemble, and disassembly Anchor products.
Ability to lift 60 pounds.
Work schedule includes mandatory onsite training, events, and other activities managed at the sole discretion of the company.
Legally authorized to work in the USA.
Ability to read, write, and speak English at a level that is sufficient to perform the essential functions of this position.
Successful completion and satisfactory results of background check, drug screen, and completion of new hire forms/welcome orientation meeting, as a condition to employment.
