Your job: get Kelly booked on podcasts and speaking stages. Research podcasts in education, entrepreneurship, parenting, women in business, AI in education, and youth empowerment. Build a pitch list and outreach, track responses, and follow up. What You'll Do Spend time exploring the ENTIRE website (and YouTube, and the songs, and the classes — there's a lot) Research and build a target list of podcasts, conferences, and speaking opportunities Draft outreach pitches and customize them for each opportunity Track responses and follow up like a pro Come to your first meeting with 3 podcast or event ideas you think would be a perfect fit What You'll Learn How to pitch a founder building something genuinely different Media outreach, PR strategy, and relationship building How to research and qualify opportunities (not just spray and pray) Working directly with a founder (30-minute weekly check-ins) You're a Great Fit If You Love cold outreach and don't take "no response" personally Can write a pitch that sounds like a human, not a template Get excited about storytelling and know how to find the hook Are organized enough to track 50 leads without losing your mind Actually listen to podcasts (and have opinions about what makes a good guest) Bonus Points You've done any PR, communications, or journalism work You have a spreadsheet you're proud of You've pitched yourself or someone else before — even informally You're the friend who always knows the right person to connect people with Job Details Marketing Podcast and Speaker Booking Intern (Remote) Company: Kelly Tutors Location: Remote (Seattle-based company) Commitment: 2-5 hours/week, 4 months Compensation: Unpaid internship with mentorship, portfolio building, and recommendation letter #J-18808-Ljbffr
