Marketing Assistant / Coordinator
to join its growing team. The organization serves a diverse client base across multiple industries and is recognized for its collaborative culture and commitment to excellence.
This role will support marketing and business development initiatives across practice groups and industry teams, helping drive new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of pitch materials, proposals, RFP responses, and presentations for prospective and existing clients
Identify opportunities for thought leadership (articles, alerts, webinars, podcasts, etc.)
Research and coordinate speaking engagements and professional organization involvement
Draft internal and external communications and marketing materials
Conduct research to support client meetings and business development efforts
Assist with planning and execution of client events
Draft and update professional biographies and announcements
Maintain and update internal databases and marketing systems
Analyze and monitor data usage to provide insights and support decision-making
Collaborate with team members on various marketing initiatives and projects
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of marketing or business development experience in a professional services environment (legal experience preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or database tools
Creative, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
Graphic design experience is a plus
