Base pay range $41.20/yr - $43.95/yr Direct message the job poster from Matura Farrington Recruiting Manager @ Matura Farrington | Talent Acquisition for BigLaw Legal Marketing Coordinator Los Angeles | Hybrid Schedule (2 days onsite after training) $41.20-43.95 hourly (7-hour workday) We are partnering with a respected global law firm to find a Legal Marketing Coordinator who will support the firm’s marketing and business development efforts. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with experience in legal marketing, a collaborative mindset, and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities Support RFPs, pitch decks, and proposals with tailored firm materials and experience highlights Maintain and enhance marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and firm profiles Draft and assist with submissions for legal awards, rankings, and directories (e.g., Chambers, Legal 500) Coordinate firm-hosted and sponsored events: conferences, seminars, receptions, and webinars Conduct and synthesize research on markets, industries, clients, and competitors Field day-to-day marketing and BD support requests from attorneys and practice groups Qualifications Minimum 1 year of marketing/business development experience in an AM Law 200 firm Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Experience with Salesforce(CRM) and/or Pardot(marketing automation tools) is a plus Excellent organization, writing, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion Work Structure Hybrid schedule: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote (5 days onsite during training) Regular in-office presence required for collaboration, events, and training Core hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Marketing and Business Development Industries Legal Services and Law Practice Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Matura Farrington by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Marketing Coordinator” roles. #J-18808-Ljbffr
