We’re hiring a Dining Room Manager for an intimate, high-touch Japanese concept in Atlanta. This is a polished, detail-driven environment where service is intentional, elevated, and guest experience is everything. What you’ll do:
Lead the front-of-house team and own the dining room Drive service standards, pacing, and overall floor execution Create a warm, seamless, and highly attentive guest experience Train, coach, and develop a strong service team Manage scheduling, staffing, and daily operations What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in fine dining or elevated hospitality Strong floor presence — calm, organized, and hands‑on High attention to detail and service standards Passion for hospitality and team development Wine/sake knowledge is a plus This is a great opportunity to be part of a thoughtfully built, high-level concept with real momentum behind it.
