
Investor Relations Associate

A New York–based private credit investment manager is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to support the firm’s growing investor base and capital formation efforts. This role will work closely with senior investor relations professionals and the investment team, contributing across investor communications, marketing materials, and relationship management initiatives.
Responsibilities
Support the investor relations function across ongoing communications, reporting, and strategic initiatives
Maintain and enhance the firm’s CRM, ensuring investor records and activity tracking remain accurate and up to date
Assist in the preparation, refinement, and maintenance of investor and marketing materials
Coordinate closely with the investment team to align messaging and support investor-facing needs
Manage calendars, meeting coordination, and scheduling for internal and external meetings
Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high degree of professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
2+ years of relevant experience, ideally within investor relations, LP relations, or asset management
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Strong Microsoft Office skills, with particular strength in PowerPoint
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities
Adaptable and willing to contribute across a range of tasks in a fast-paced environment
Trusted professional with sound judgment and a commitment to confidentiality
