Investor Relations & Fundraising Associate

The Investor Relations Associate will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies, managing communications and contributing to the successful fundraising outcomes across the firm’s investment strategies. This role focuses on product positioning, advisor education, market insights, and strategic outreach to increase awareness and adoption of the firm’s alternative investment offerings. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Support day-to-day coverage of investment opportunities and advisory platforms. Assist with fundraising initiatives across existing and new investment vehicles by supporting market-driven mandates. Prepare, update, and maintain marketing materials, including pitchbooks, fact sheets, decks, and DDQ/RFP responses. Coordinate responses to investment inquiries and ensure timely, accurate follow-up on data requests. Track interactions, pipeline activity, and meeting notes within the CRM. Support meetings, due diligence sessions, roadshows, conferences, and ad-hoc presentations. Partner closely with portfolio managers, legal, compliance, and finance teams to deliver consistent, compliant, and high-quality investor communications. QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing, business or related field. 3+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Capital Formation, or Institutional Client Services. Familiarity with the investment landscape and institutional fundraising process. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior internal and external stakeholders. Exceptional presentation, communication, and storytelling skills. Ability to translate complex investment strategies into clear and compelling marketing messages. Experience developing marketing content, presentations, and educational materials. Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing tools. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
