
Media Coordinator

Overview
As a Media Coordinator, you will work closely with the Consumer Communications (C2) group in developing and implementing integrated media campaigns that deliver against key performance metrics for a highly respected automotive client.
Responsibilities
Input and maintain charts with heavy data, with a high degree of accuracy
Maintain accurate media flowcharts, trafficking instructions, creative allocations, budgets/billing discrepancies, and make‑goods
Effectively coordinate with internal and external client partner teams
Assist the team with Point of Views (POVs) and ad‑hoc projects
Evaluate and execute added value and integrated programs
Assist the team in managing and monitoring media buys, including digital media optimizations and reporting
Prepare materials for client and vendor meetings
Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate meetings with clients and vendors
Qualifications
Demonstrating resourcefulness, creatively using resources to proactively solve problems
Passion for keeping up with the latest digital and social media properties
Working comprehension of required media math
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
Ability to learn various types of technology that supports this role
Attention to detail; high accuracy
Excellent organization and time‑management skills; ability to prioritize and multi‑task
Proactiveness and problem‑solving skills
Success For This Position Is Measured By
Good judgment and error‑free work
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Application of media principles and connecting knowledge
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Eagerness to be proactive, tenacious, and solutions‑oriented

Comfortable working with data and critical analytical skills
Creative thinking and idea sharing in group setting
Understanding of media (traditional and digital); entry‑level, preferred experience, internships, or academic courses
Ability to work extended hours, including weekends, as required
