Overview
As a
Media Coordinator , you will work closely with the
Consumer Communications (C2) group
in developing and implementing
integrated media campaigns
that deliver against key performance metrics for a highly respected automotive client.
Responsibilities Roles and Responsibilities include:
Input and maintain charts with heavy data, with a high degree of accuracy
Responsible for maintaining accurate media flowcharts, trafficking instructions, creative allocations, budgets/billing discrepancies, and make-goods
Effectively coordinate with internal and external client partner teams
Assist the team with Point of Views (POV’s) and ad hoc projects
Evaluate and execute added value and integrated programs
Assist the team in managing and monitoring media buys, including digital media optimizations and reporting
Prepare materials for client and vendor meetings
Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate meetings with clients and vendors
Qualifications Candidate experience should include:
Demonstrating resourcefulness, creatively using resources to proactively solve problems
A passion for keeping up with the latest digital and social media properties
A working comprehension of required media math
Proficiency with the following computer software/systems including MS Office (Excel and Powerpoint)
An ability to learn various types of technology that supports this role
Attention to detail; demonstrates a high degree of accuracy
Excellent organization and time management skills; ability to prioritize workload and multi-task
Ability to demonstrate proactiveness and problem solving skills
Success for this position is measured by the following:
Ability to use good judgment and deliver error-free work
Working under pressure and meeting internal and client deadlines
Application of media principles and making connections based on learned knowledge
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Eagerness and willingness to go above and beyond by being proactive, tenacious, and solutions-oriented
Strong MS Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint
Natural curiosity and desire to learn new technology
Comfortable working with data and critical analytical skills
Demonstrate an eagerness to think creatively and share ideas in a group setting
An ideal candidate will have a general understanding of media, including traditional and digital media channels. This is an entry-level position, however relevant employment (internships or prior agency experience) and/or academic courses related to marketing/media are preferred.
Ability to work extended hours, including weekends, as required

Compensation Compensation Range: $39,710.00 - $55,110.00 annually.
