Position Overview Future Ford of Concord is seeking an experienced and results‑driven Used Vehicle Manager to oversee the acquisition and management of used vehicle inventory across multiple dealership locations within our group. This position plays a critical role in purchasing inventory, managing wholesale units, and ensuring vehicles move efficiently through the reconditioning process to retail‑ready status.

Key Responsibilities

Purchase used vehicles for multiple dealerships within Future Auto Group under the direction of management

Locate and acquire inventory aligned with each store’s sales objectives and market demand

Manage vehicles through the full reconditioning process until they are retail ready

Oversee and manage all wholesale vehicles

Ensure all required acquisition and wholesale paperwork is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner

Maintain strong communication with service, office staff, and upper management

Monitor vehicle flow and maintain proper inventory levels across all locations

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in used vehicle purchasing, inventory management, or dealership operations

Strong understanding of wholesale and retail vehicle processes

Proven ability to source and appraise vehicles effectively

Strong organizational and negotiation skills

Ability to manage multiple dealership priorities simultaneously

Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through

Valid driver’s license required

Compensation $6,000 per month base salary

Commission structure

The Used Vehicle Manager Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $16.90 and $18.45. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
