Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Escrow Assistant to support our escrow team in delivering smooth and efficient real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of escrow processes. This role requires a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and customer service. Base pay range $28.00/hr - $33.00/hr Employment type Contract to hire Key Responsibilities

Assist Escrow Officer with opening, processing, and closing escrow files Prepare and review escrow documents, including settlement statements and title commitments Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and other parties to gather necessary documentation Handle data entry and maintain accurate records in escrow management systems Monitor transaction timelines and follow up on outstanding items Perform title searches and request payoff statements Assist with funding and disbursement of escrow funds Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions Support the team with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and document preparation Qualifications
