Key Responsibilities
Full day-to-day operational management of the asset.
Ownership of budgets, financial reporting, and cost control.
CAM reconciliations, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Oversight of vendors, engineers, and service partners.
Maintaining trophy-level building standards at all times.
Managing access, scheduling, and operational activities in line with ownership expectations.
Acting as the primary point of contact for senior executives and ownership.
