Senior Property Manager, High-Profile Mixed-Use Waterfront

This is not your average property management role. I'm recruiting for a Senior Property Manager position at one of Tampa's most high-profile mixed-use destinations — a landmark waterfront district combining loft-style office space with ground-level retail, chef-driven dining, F&B, a recreation lawn, and a live events programme. The asset is confidential at this stage and will be disclosed at first interview. The Senior PM is the most senior person on site — full ownership of this asset, not a supporting role. What you'll be doing: → Leading all day-to-day operations across retail, office, and public realm → Full financial ownership — budgets, CAM, reforecasts, reporting → Managing tenant relationships across a diverse, high-profile mix of occupiers → Overseeing vendors, service contracts, and on-site teams → Acting as the key interface between ownership and the asset What we're looking for: → Strong retail and/or mixed-use property management background → Confident with financials and comfortable presenting to ownership → Experience in a high-expectation, tenant-facing environment → Someone who takes pride in the product, not just the process If this sounds like you, I'd love to have a conversation.
