G.A Rogers & Associates has partnered with our North Dallas client who is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations and overall performance of a large commercial office property near the Galleria at the DNT & 635.
This role is responsible for ensuring the property is well maintained, financially disciplined, and positioned as a high-quality environment for tenants, visitors, and ownership.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a seasoned property management professional who can balance operations, tenant relations, capital planning, and team leadership, while serving as the primary on-site representative for ownership.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Providing overall leadership for property operations, facilities, and on-site teams
Managing tenant relationships and serving as a key point of contact for escalated issues
Overseeing capital projects, tenant improvements, and landlord construction activities
Leading annual budgeting, financial oversight, rent collection, and variance analysis
Coordinating vendors, service providers, and contractors to ensure consistent service quality
Supporting leasing and marketing initiatives that enhance occupancy and property reputation
Ensuring compliance with company policies, lease requirements, and regulatory standards
Driving a proactive approach to maintenance, inspections, and long-term asset care
Leading, developing, and managing on-site staff in alignment with HR and company standards
Acting as a calm, solutions-oriented leader during emergencies or high-pressure situations
What Our Client Is Looking For
5+ years of senior-level commercial property management experience
Proven experience managing large office assets and complex operations
Background in capital projects, construction coordination, or tenant improvements
Strong financial acumen with budgeting and reporting experience
Confident leader with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Proficiency with property management systems (Yardi, MRI, etc)
Bachelor’s degree required; CPM, RPA, or broker designations are a plus
