
Senior Property Manager - Retail/Mixed Use

This is not your average property management role.
I'm recruiting for a Senior Property Manager position at one of Tampa's most high-profile mixed-use destinations — a landmark waterfront district combining loft-style office space with ground-level retail, chef-driven dining, F&B, a recreation lawn, and a live events programme. The asset is confidential at this stage and will be disclosed at first interview.
The Senior PM is the most senior person on site — full ownership of this asset, not a supporting role.
What you'll be doing:
Leading all day-to-day operations across retail, office, and public realm
Full financial ownership — budgets, CAM, reforecasts, reporting
Managing tenant relationships across a diverse, high-profile mix of occupiers
Overseeing vendors, service contracts, and on-site teams
Acting as the key interface between ownership and the asset
What we're looking for:
Strong retail and/or mixed-use property management background
Confident with financials and comfortable presenting to ownership
Experience in a high-expectation, tenant-facing environment
Someone who takes pride in the product, not just the process
