Consulting Director – CFO Advisory (Greater Chicago Area) Are you ready to take your accounting and financial management expertise to the next level? Base pay range and compensation: $115,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr Base pay range

Annual Bonus What You’ll Do
Provide
business consulting and financial management services
for middle-market companies. Lead
profitability analysis, organizational assessments, operational planning, and executive advisory projects . Serve in
CFO/controller capacities
for multiple clients. Oversee accounting staff and ensure timely, accurate reporting. Prepare
monthly financial statements, projections, and strategic analysis . Facilitate
annual strategic planning sessions
with clients. Contribute actively to business development and the overall growth of the consulting practice. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred). 4–10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience preferred. CPA certification preferred, but not required. Strong
strategic thinking and problem-solving skills . Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to improve client profitability. Comfortable building client relationships and integrating with client teams. Strong emphasis on
