Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Valley View, OH, for a Technical Sales Engineer. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their requirements and proposing tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks include managing technical sales activities, providing technical support, and facilitating communication between the engineering and sales teams. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales presentations, assisting in the design of custom machinery solutions, and supporting customers throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
Experience in technical sales, with an ability to identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions
Strong skills in technical support and sales engineering, enabling effective collaboration with engineering and product teams
Exceptional communication and client-interfacing abilities, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
Proven track record in sales and the ability to drive business growth
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required
Understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery is a plus
Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment
