Overview

We’re searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. You’ll be responsible for responding to all complaints and questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments and company trips, ordering office equipment, and marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums. Responsibilities

Respond promptly and courteously to complaints and inquiries. Implement and enforce office standards to improve efficiency. Schedule appointments and coordinate company travel. Order office equipment and supplies. Promote the company brand through community events and print and digital media. Qualifications

Extremely thorough and detail‑oriented. Excellent communication skills. Background in customer service. Compensation

Salary Range – $45,000 - $50,000 yearly Referral Bonus Paid Time Off Holiday Pay Growth Opportunities
