Key Responsibilities Develop and execute annual territory growth plans, including sales forecasts and performance targets Strengthen and expand relationships with independent sales representatives and distribution partners Ensure consistent and effective market coverage across assigned geographies Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to drive profitable growth Support territory performance initiatives to maximize effectiveness Collaborate with applications engineering, national accounts, and internal stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with customer needs Contribute to sales presentations, business reviews, and contract negotiations Maintain strong awareness of market trends, competitive activity, and customer dynamics Partner with sales and marketing teams to support strategic initiatives Build and manage a robust pipeline of short- and long-term opportunities Represent Twin City Fan at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings Travel 3050% within assigned territories Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent sales experience 5+ years of sales experience, preferably within commercial construction or technical sales Experience working with independent representative networks Territory sales management experience CRM experience preferred Strong collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills Desired Attributes Driven to achieve results Builds strong relationships and trust Communicates clearly and effectively Demonstrates integrity and accountability Aligns teams around shared goals As a Regional Sales Manager you will be offered pay of $95,000-$120,000 dependent on experience. You will also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus tied to overall performance of the organization.
