To be able to intensively work on the area, the place of residence of the position holder is required to be within the aforementioned area. Your tasks and responsibilities: Empathetic and committed representation of the ETHICON brand is your core task. This essentially includes the sale and clinical application advice for surgical suture material, which comprises a variety of needle and thread combinations, each material being developed for its specific application. Your primary working environment is the operating room. Clinical customer service Building and maintaining customer relationships in the clinical environment Clinical support and comprehensive sales and product advice to existing and new customers Development of optimal product portfolios at the customer level Implementation of customer-specific standardization and logistics concepts Conducting product training for doctors and operating room staff, e.g. suture courses, material knowledge or active application advice in the operating room Implementation, negotiation of commercial models in the economic departments of the clinic Presentation of current studies and their clinical benefits for users Sales and area responsibility Responsibility for the total sales in the defined sales area Expansion and acquisition of market shares in the defined product areas Implementation of product and marketing strategies as well as introduction of product innovations Reporting and regular area analyses Analysis of customer profiles, development and implementation of sales and action plans in the team Close cooperation and coordination with colleagues of the relevant functions in the company Your qualification portfolio: The credo of Johnson & Johnson forms the basis of our business activities.
