
Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking a detail‑oriented temporary team member to provide finance and operations support during a planned leave of absence. This is an in‑office role based in Manhattan. Duration: Approximately May 1, 2026 through late September / early October 2026.
Key Responsibilities
Review daily bank activity and support weekly reconciliation checks
Process vendor bills and maintain data entry in QuickBooks
Assist with payment processing and expense tracking
Prepare monthly sales reports and commission packages for approval
Send remittances and support general accounts payable activities
Provide backup support for QuickBooks entries and finance administration
Send formal purchase orders and QuickBooks quotes as needed
Provide general administrative support as required
Qualifications
Prior experience with QuickBooks (required)
Background in bookkeeping or finance administration
Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently
