Kid to Kid Timonium - Retail Associate
Kid to Kid Timonium is looking for friendly, outgoing, kid-loving people to join our team who are willing to work hard, multi‑task, and take pride in keeping the store clean, organized and shoppable. Flexible schedules are available, but you must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays, our busiest days.
What We Do We buy and sell the best items kids outgrow while customers receive cash on the spot. This fast‑paced buying and selling keeps each day different, interesting, and challenging. Employees quickly learn inventory tagging, hanging, merchandising, and all sides of the business.
Responsibilities
Maintain a friendly, courteous, and energetic environment every day.
Operate the cash register while developing positive customer relationships.
Merchandize the floor with hundreds of items purchased daily, ensuring a captivating display.
Restock merchandise as needed to keep selection fresh.
Tag and sort clothing, toys, and baby equipment.
Learn Kid to Kid's systems and procedures through provided online and in‑store training.
Handle all returns courteously and professionally.
Promote current store events and sales to customers in‑store and online.
Maintain good housekeeping to support a tidy shopping environment.

1–2 years of previous retail or food experience, or pursuing studies in education, business, marketing, or a related field.
Compensation Hourly pay ranges from $15.00 to $17.00.
