We are opening soon and are looking for our awesome store team members! Kid to Kid is always looking for friendly, outgoing, kid-loving people who are willing to work hard, multitask, and take pride in keeping the store clean, organized, and shoppable.
Our team members cross-train and work in other areas of the store as needed, providing great advancement opportunities. We offer flexible schedules that complement your busy life, great employee discounts, and a fun retail environment.
What We Do We buy and sell the best items that kids outgrow while customers receive cash on the spot. This fast‑paced buying and selling means that every day is different, interesting, and keeps us on our toes. We manage inventory by tagging, hanging, and merchandising, and our employees quickly learn how to do all sides of the business. We are proactive and innovative with our customers, interacting online and in-store, and often make live videos to showcase what we have received or upcoming events.
Key Responsibilities
Be friendly, courteous, and energetic every day
Cashier while engaging with our customers
Merchandise hundreds of items purchased daily, using your creativity to maintain the selling floor
Restock as needed so customers always find new items
Tag and sort clothes, toys, and baby equipment
Learn Kid to Kid’s systems and procedures (training provided)
Handle all returns courteously and professionally
Share current promotional events and sales with customers in-store and online
Maintain good housekeeping as items arrive and kids play
What Makes You a Great Fit
High‑energy, able to act quickly to resolve customer issues
Loves working with kids
Has 1–2 years of prior retail or food experience, or is studying education, business, marketing, or a related field
Enjoys helping families stretch their income and loves seeing happy kids enter the store
