About the Role Paid Training | No Experience Required | Hiring Immediately

Looking for a hands‑on job where you can stay active and be part of a production team? We’re hiring a Truss Stacker to support our manufacturing operation. You’ll go through a structured 30‑day training program with a mentor, learning how to safely stack, organize, and move finished trusses while supporting production flow across the plant.

This is a physical, fast‑paced role that plays a key part in keeping operations running efficiently.

If you like working with your hands and being part of a team, this is a strong opportunity to get started and grow.

What You’ll Do

Stack completed trusses safely and accurately for staging and shipment

Organize finished products to maintain efficient workflow

Assist with loading and moving materials across the yard

Communicate with team members to support production flow

Follow all safety procedures and proper lifting techniques

Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

Support additional production tasks as needed

Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions

No prior truss experience required — training provided

Preferred Qualifications

Forklift experience, especially with lumber or building materials

Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, or production environment

Basic understanding of measurements and material handling

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly

Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting

Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments in all seasons

Ability to safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
