The Role: Sales Associate is responsible for guiding customers through their buying journey. This includes mastering product knowledge; lead follow-up and site visits all well delivering the highest level of customer service. This role is ideal for a motivated self–starter looking to become part of strong company culture.
This position will be primarily based in Norwell, MA but may be required to conduct site visits across Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
Key Responsibilities:
Master the product lineup, including hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, cold plunge tubs and massage chairs
Engage with customers in the showroom
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction
Actively follow up with leads and guide customers through their buying journey
Make daily outreaches to follow up on leads, delivery statuses, and water care questions
Ensure accurate and timely sales paperwork and upload documents to the company database
Open and close the showroom as scheduledParticipate in ongoing training and career development
Assist with retail sales and product stocking
Conduct thorough site visits
Qualifications:
High school degree or equivalent is required
Computer proficiency required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; including Word Excel and Outlook
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers
A self-starter with a passion for consultative selling
Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and provides exceptional customer service
Willingness and ability to reliably commute between locations
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

Compensation: The anticipated hourly rate for this position is between $20 and $25. This rate includes an anticipated commission structure. Salary will be determined based on experience, education, and other factors.
