Manage inbound sales enquiries and provide accurate product information to customers. Prepare quotations, follow up on quotes, and process sales orders efficiently. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication. Provide technical product support relating to chemicals, adhesives, and silicone products Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products. Handle customer complaints, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintain and update customer records, pricing, and order details on the internal CRM/ERP system. Assist the external sales team with administrative and sales-related tasks. Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within the product range. Monitor stock availability and follow up on backorders when required. Salary:
